Qualifications and experience

I have undergone a four year post-graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have been practicing for over a decade as a psychoanalytical psychotherapist, first in London and now Cornwall, and prior to that I worked in special needs education in London, and in the visual arts.

I am a qualified teacher, hold a 1st class BA (Hons) degree, as well as a Masters degree.

I have a wide clinical experience with individuals and couples, ranging from depression and anxiety to psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

I'm a Training Committee member of The Society for Social and Critical Psychoanalysis or SSCP (Cornwall’s only UKCP accredited psychoanalytical training organisation), where I teach, tutor, and supervise trainee psychoanalysts, as well as co-coordinating the SSCP low cost clinic.
