Arranging an initial consultation

If you are thinking about beginning therapy, the first step is usually an initial consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and think together about whether I may be able to help.

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before getting in touch. It is enough that something feels difficult, painful, stuck or in need of thought.

Fees

Individual psychotherapy sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60.

Couples therapy sessions last 75 minutes and cost £90.

Some lower-fee places may be available, depending on circumstances and availability. This can be discussed during the initial consultation.

Payment is usually made by bank transfer.

Availability

I work from a private and confidential setting in Truro, Cornwall. I usually meet with people at a regular time each week, as continuity is an important part of the therapeutic work.

Online sessions may be possible where appropriate.

Please get in touch to ask about current availability.
